Exchange and refund policy
Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that you love your purchase. While we do not offer returns, we do provide exchanges in the following cases:
- Size Exchange: If the fit isn’t right, you can exchange the product for a different size, subject to availability.
- Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, undamaged (except in the case of defective items), and in its original condition with the tag attached.
- The exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at nidhi.work1998@gmail.com. Once your exchange is accepted, we will send you the necessary instructions along with a return shipping label. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at nidhi.work1998@gmail.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes:
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- We do not accept exchanges for items on sale, gift cards, or personalized /custom orders.
- No refunds will be issued.
